French Development Company Breaks Ground for Lillian Jones Apartments
 On Tuesday, April 17, 2012 the French Development Company broke ground on its newest project. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and other officials joined the developers for a ceremony marking the occasion. Ms. Lillian Jones, for whom the building is to be named, was present.
